I can promise that I will provide you with the tools and training to get to whatever level of Tableau user you'd like to become.Refunds requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis.1. Refund Eligibility
- Monthly & Quarterly Subscriptions: Refunds are not issued for monthly and quarterly subscriptions. Once a payment is processed, you will retain access to the service until the end of your billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.- Quarterly Subscription with a 14-day trial:
Start for $0 today. Get full access for 14 days. If it doesn’t help as promised, tell us by Day 14 and we won’t bill you.How it works:
1. Enter your card. You pay $0 today (we keep it on file).
2. Use everything for 14 days.
3. If it helped, do nothing—we bill $899 for your first quarter on Day 14.
4. If it didn’t help and you did the steps, submit the “Don’t bill me” form by Day 14, 5pm. We won’t charge you.To qualify for “Don’t bill me,” do these in the first 14 days:
1. Attend 2 live classes or watch 2 replays (we track it)
2. Build 1 dashboard based the content from the class
3. Post it in the community for feedback with the screenshot + workbook linkOur promise: In 14 days, you’ll ship a portfolio‑worthy dashboard or save 1 hour/week on reporting. If not—and you did the steps—we won’t bill you.Complete the quarterly trial check-in form here.- Annual Subscriptions:
If you are a new customer, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have demonstrated that you have put in the effort required and not gotten the results you expect. Beyond this period, refunds will not be issued for annual subscriptions.2. Requesting a Refund
