I can promise that I will provide you with the tools and training to get to whatever level of Tableau user you'd like to become.Refunds requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis.1. Refund Eligibility
- Monthly & Quarterly Subscriptions: Refunds are not issued for monthly and quarterly subscriptions. Once a payment is processed, you will retain access to the service until the end of your billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
- Annual Subscriptions:
If you are a new customer, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you have demonstrated that you have put in the effort required and not gotten the results you expect. Beyond this period, refunds will not be issued for annual subscriptions.
2. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval, and refunds will be issued to your original payment method.3. Cancellation Policy

4. Additional Requirements
Refunds are not available if the service was used in a manner that violates our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to offer refunds or discounts under special circumstances, at our sole discretion.
5. Processing fees
All refunds are subject to a 10% service charge to cover fees incurred.
